Around 900 real estate professionals descended on The Star in Sydney to celebrate the group’s achievements at the annual Ray White New South Wales state awards last night (Thursday 10 September).
Ray White Double Bay and Ray White Bankstown dominated many of the awards on the evening, with several accolades won amongst both offices.
Ray White Double Bay’s awards included the number one city office in settled commission, Elliott Placks taking out number one city Principal, as well as winning the same accolade internationally earlier in the year at the international awards.
Gavin Rubinstein was named as the state’s number one city based salesperson, having also won the top accolade internationally at the Ray White international awards in early August.
The team at Double Bay also won Business Development Team of the Year,
While Ray White Bankstown took out the number one Metro Offices Settled Commission, while team member Jennifer Khoury won the top award for number one metro salesperson on settled commission.
The Bankstown team also won top auction office in the state, and number one in their approach to database management. Jennifer was also awarded the top Auction Agent in NSW.
Robert Cassidy of Ray White Gladesville was named the top metro selling principal based on settled commission.
Ray White Newcastle Group was named the top Regional Office in Settled Commission, and Amanda Bonnici of Ray White Shellharbour Oak Flats Group took out the number one selling principal award regionally and Ron Kissell of Ray White Helensburgh won top regional salesperson in settled commission.
The biggest award of the night, The Directors Cup is awarded to the person identified as having a major contribution to the Ray White brand, this year two recipients were recognised for their outstanding contribution to the company – Ken Snell and Lisa Hutton of Ray White Allambie Heights.
Ray White Maroubra was awarded the number one Property Management Business in the network, Ray White Double Bay won the property management Business Development Team of the Year, while the property management Team of the Year went to Ray White Annandale l Newtown l Stanmore. Ray White Dapto was recognised as the property management team with the best Marketing and Community Presence of the Year.
Individual property management accolades went to Bianca Rossetto of Ray White Parramatta, winning Business Development Manager of the Year. Meagan Kozaczynski of Ray White Toronto won Property Manager of the Year and Karen Gosbell of Ray White Bondi Beach won Property Management Team Leader of the Year.
Other awards on the night included the Loan Market award for Best New Broker in a Ray White Office, Fiona Bryce (Ray White Lower North Shore), Best Approach to Database Management (Ray White Bankstown), Administrator of the year (Melissa Wright, Ray White Menai), and many more.
